After I wrote my first comment I read the whole press announcement. She’s bright and courageous. She refused to terminate her pregnancy after she learned her child would have Down symdrome. In Alaska, she run against her own party’s corrupt machinery and won. She voted down pork barrel spending in her own state. I don’t agree with her politics, but I have great respect for her.
