The entire article can be found at the AP website. About halfway through the article is this paragraph
– “The report covers activities between 2000 and 2008. Salazar said he has asked Kendall to expand her investigation to look into agency actions since he took office in January 2009.”
In reading the article it sounds like they have been aware of the problems and are actually trying to do something about it. But I’ll believe it when I see it.
