Actually (very surprisingly) there are a few very affordable Socal coastal towns left port hueneme and Oxnard being examples.
But I don’t think these will stay affordable too much longer.
Anyway IMO.
SB does have great deals as well but not really affordable for most maybe. If you got a million or so to spend on a house you can get a very nice place in SB.
