So, why is it listed as short sale ? Can anyone shed some light onto this ?
Is it because:
– Someone bought this house at the county court auction on Jan. 14, 2008 & then realized that it’s a big mistake trying to flip in this market. So now, he’s trying to “get out” using a short sale ?
