A lot of people feel like they are as successful as the things they can get.. for some a $715k house, if they can get it means they are or will be successful.. they think backwards, just like they think if they have kids, then they will be responsible even though they couldn’t behave the earlier part of their life.. if they can get a $715k house, then it must be right, after all banks don’t lose money right – so the bank is offering it to them, hey maybe I’m doing better than I thought even though I have no cash!?
These are the same people that will bite on a realtor saying, “act now! 5 other buyers! hurry!”.
