6462 is a classic story of a greedy flipper. It was bought in 2003 for 899k. Buyer did some improvements once and tried to sell immediately. Didn’t sell so did more work, still didn’t sell. Highest list price has been up to 1.9, now 1.2. Never been occupied since 2003 purchase. Had they tried to sell for 1.5 rather than 1.9, it would have sold. Now foreclosing. This is a rare chance to get good square footage for well under market. It was a mess in 2003, so about even with 2003 after all the improvements, but they were done cheaply, or so it seems.
