5915 new status went to CANCELLED today (maybe they are getting ready to change it to pending or sold?)
The house on Norman Ln is still pending, but rumor is bank accepted short sale of $950,000… and original homeowner walked away with extra $400,000 from cash out mortgage they gave him (original purchase was $865,000, refinanced $1.3M+, so he kept the extra cash). Supposedly when the house next door (on Norman) closed the bank had no choice but to accept the significantly reduced short sale.
