I think chantaclair layouts stink – one of them you walk into a living room, through the kitchen to get to the family room / back of the house. Thats horrible design.
Only thing i like is the placement of these homes – they sit up on a hill as opposed to maybeck and pienza.
But that could be bad in the next firestorm, as they are closest to the hills.
