$199k is pretty cheap for UTC. Lucera is one of the nicer condo conversions in the area too. To think that some people are still trying to get $350k for their 1 br conversions.
600 sqft is pretty standard for a 1br in UTC. But Lucera is still a conversion complex and the units are basically just remodeled apartments. Also what they neglect to mention is that even though you have a garage its really a 2-car garage that you share with your neighbor. Unless I really trust my neighbor I don’t think I would leave anything valuable in the garage.
