1.) yes everything looked great when he bought it but in truth he had no business buying a house like that and had no idea what he could be getting himself into.
2.) renting, he cant buy yet but should be able to in a couple years
3.) his bearishgurlike agent presented an authoritative compelling case very similar to the ones you throw out on a daily basis and he bought into it over his family influence.
