In anticipation of purchasing a home soon (is 2011-2013 soon?), I would like to research Mello Roos in Riverside County. Actually, we just moved here and we’ll being renting for a number of years, waiting for the bubble to deflate and return to sane valutations.

Is there anyway to get this information without paying a private company for a report? The information I have looked up on the MLS only reflects the HOA fees and no information about Mello Roos or other assesments. I know there are disclosure requirements, but I’d love a map with the fees and when they expire.

I was wondering if there any good on-line resources (that are free)for this information?
