Thanks. We can afford all these areas..our budget is upto 800k at this time. We are just trying to determine which is better overall.

In 4s,del sur lots of homes are walkable to elementary schools/parks and that is a huge plus, not so in our current home in SR, our assigned schools is EBS.

Older homes in SR but closer and no melloroos. Still so confused. I really still dont know why 4s/del sur schools are considered better than SR schools?
