If France’s bombs miss ISIS, then what we need to do is have the NSA:

1)Locate the main ISIS computer
2)Install Linux
3)Issue the command rm -rf

Then, using remote drones operated out of Nevada, we can locate ISIS’s tape storage facility and bomb it too.

All their complex plans will be lost and they’ll have no backups.
