Which is why comparable homes in SV/MM is $100k-200k cheaper than some of the areas that have better schools. If the schools is as good as those other areas, you would being seeing SV/MM selling for at least the same price as those areas if not more, due to its proximity to high tech jobs. Different people have different priority. I can’t deal w/ having to commute to Poway/Scripps/PQ from SV, while many don’t mind.
