Not saying no price declines along the coast but confronting Bug’s Butterfly Theory everyone loved around here that said everything was interconnected and would eventually fall to the same degree. I fought that and beleive I was alone in doing so. Yes the coast has and could very well continue to drop, just not to sub 1999 prices like Mt Helix.
