She is a new poster who posted at the 11th hour of both her pressing problems and you have offered nothing of value here except to appear to be stalking a vacant listing well over 30 miles from your office (that you have no client for) the same day she posted the address that she had in escrow. Then you posted a lunatic “critique” of it on this thread! The OP and her spouse have already been inside the property and presumably had it inspected. They have already determined they liked it and presumably are in escrow! They don’t need someone telling them what to do with the countertops. This is not the issue. The issue was to buy more time to approve contingencies and to give birth.
