BG the average lot in UC is about 6k sf. The larger ones either have sloping or not much usable land. You may have a listing or two that buck the trend but for the most part they are not as you make them out to be. UC housing stock is also pretty old. Don’t get me wrong, I like UC alot. Did you ask if the OP likes new homes or older homes? Did you ask about yard requirements? I think alot of people like to tout a community without getting more insight into what a potential buyer REALLY wants. On the average though UC lots are not noted for large sizes nor is the spacing between the homes anything better or worse then an average neighborhood. Yes you are not crammed tight like some of the newer developments.
Getting that from a generic posting is a long shot at best.
There could be many other places that fit the buyers needs but one would never know without probing.
