I was at 3 different open houses in the 92024 two weekends ago and spent a significant amount of time at each and I was the only one there and the only one that had shown up at all at a 669k house in village park the entire day (this was at 3:40 pm)

Things in general seem to be coming down in my opinion, and there are not a many prospectives out there looking at open houses.
