AN: I guess I misunderstood what you said.

Initial MOT break-up plan was to create 2 companies.- Company A headed by Mr. Jha with mobile devices and company B with govt.+ set-top box + other activities.

Then some time this year, the plan was modified – set-top box went from company B to company A.
