Dave, thanks for that post. That’s surprising. Makes total sense for law enforcement, IMHO. I’m glad to see it. My view, PD should be focused on more important things.

Portugal ‘decriminalized’ several years ago. I’ve never been to Portugal, don’t know much about the country. I wonder how it’s working out?
