you mis-read. Read again.
On one hand, you stated that the use of your degrees was generating $550K of income.. this means medical field. You had eliminated finance earlier.
A few statements before, you made the implication that you are in real-estate, which does not need a doctorate.
If you are acting as a real-estate professional, you are not using your medical degrees to generate the income. The only really useful degrees here would be finance, of which you stated earlier, your degrees are NOT in finance.
