We bought a house in Sausalito early this year and so far it has been great. Very kids friendly neighborhood. There is not much in terms of shopping in the area though.

Morning traffic is busy between 7.45-8.15 AM. Sometimes we have to wait a few minutes before we can leave our cul-de-sac in the morning. A lot of parents walk their kids to school also.
