Easy life is the goal, it’s underrated. No town is entirely made up of an entirely single group of people, there is diversity everywhere and you will find it here, just not in the same percentages as elsewhere, but that adds flavor to life. What is key is that you have an opportunity to pay 1.5x income for all that you need which gives you lattitude to do a number of things, like pay off a smaller house in an extremely short amount of time or have a stay at home mom, or invest or do whatever you decide. I put up with a lot, I even find love in my heart for paramount, so you can handle a few thousand mormoms or rednecks or monster trucks, it’s no big deal, none of them bite, at least not real hard.
