These properties are comparable to the the Babbling Brook property. These interiors are more upgraded. The Babbling Brook property has a better location/lot except for the this first comp.

Obviously I’m just selecting the ones that prove my point, while there at least 4 other properties that justify the listing price or higher. I’m more of a price shopper, then a fall in love with a house kind of guy. There are too many homes in that area that fit my parameters to overpay.
