We did not “have” to live anywhere. We lived in a very low rent place while my wife was in nursing school and while we waited for the corerection we conserved as much money as we could – in ’07 we couldn’t stand it any more and rented for a couple of years in 4S Ranch. We then bought a home in ’09 in Rancho Bernardo.
