I didn’t really look at the exact address, I did see houses nearby (on La Tortola) before that were ok. I remember the street now, it is busy.
well, BECAUSE of the low inventory, and the price, I’d probably put an offer on it IF it wouldn’t be on a busy street. I can fix the kitchen and put in AC. I’d probably have to wait another 6 months to find a house of this size and price, with a better location. Sure it is not a great house, but the low inventory has made us less picky. It is sad.

For that price I can get a nicer, larger, newer house in a nice part of Mira Mesa. Decent schools too , even if not PUSD…
