Sorry to burst your Libertarian Bubble folks, but, I am mandated to teach a standardized curriculum. And I do, because that is what I am being paid for. However, I incorporate current events and critical thinking EVERY DAY. If the public is not educated to think, than it IS very convenient for those in POWER (ie $$$$$$), to persuade by fear and hate. I feel this is by design, so UNEDUCATED people can elect politicians with a FEW peoples interest in mind. MAINLY BIG BUSINESS.
