Put your taxes to work. Report, Report Report to all agencies from cops to social workers. Be creative. Go after these losers. Fight with your brains and the system. It can work. Hell you are paying their wages anyway.
Form a neighborhood group to go after these scum bags. They may be bad ass but after MANY visits from the cops and social services, they will weaken. I have been in similar situations and find that the squeaky wheel gets greased.
Stay out of their radar. Let the cops do the job. It will pass and you will gain knowledge of how to work the system when shit like this happens. This is your home. These assholes will understand a good fight and worthy opponent and move on when it gets too hot. Make it burn.
