Are you choosing Poway because of school district? Remember Poway school district serves alot of the I15 corridor, PQ, RB, Sabre Springs, Carmel Mtn Ranch, Poway, even Stonebridge at Scripps.

Renting in the community you wanna live in for a year is the best way to get to know the good and bad of that community.
