Thanks for advice. We are on top of it to be prepared for a listing that suits are needs, which aren’t too demanding. Will probably stay in our place although cramped since we live only 2 blocks from the beach and my husband is an avid surfer and then we can at least walk to beach, park, restaurants etc with baby. Don’t think we want to deal with hassle of moving and our rent is really reasonable.

We should have jumped on one in cardiff with little I5 noise but were hesitant b/c it was only 1100 sq ft but in retrospect we probably should have bid on it. Really like that area since I work downtown
