One more anecdotal thought…
I will preface that I am not a Tsunami believer! But the summer heat is giving me hope as a buyer. The burnt lawns are bringing some transparency to this issue.

There are SO many fried lawns and I mean fried lawns! They don’t have signs on them. There are homes that have signs and are not listed on the MLS. It is obvious it is not a tsunami but the trickle could turn into a stream or river from what I am seeing.
