from what I am reading vitamin D3 is one of the keys to immune system health – the current RDA of 400 iu per day is just enough to prevent rickets – for optimum health, which is what we will want this fall when the flu comes back, it sounds like 4000 to 5000 iu per day would be called for

if you get really interested in the flu and vaccines do some research on the 1918 flu and the pharmaceutical companies of the time – they made the vaccines for our soldiers in WWI – evidently there were many soldiers who never made it out of the states because they were debilitated by the vaccine – the war only lasted one year for the US and instead of letting the vaccines go to waste the pharma companies decided that the civilian population needed to be vaccinated because of the “foreign diseases” the troops were bringing home from the war – some of the articles I have read indicate that it was the vaccine that killed people and NOT the flu – blaming the deaths on “Spanish Influenza” kept the pharma companies from being blamed
