We don’t agree as much here as we used to about how much and where prices will decrease. Well, we tend to agree higher priced houses will fall more than lower ones. I think it is kind of an average time to buy for the most part.However, since you mention bankruptcy, I will say it doesn’t seem worth considering buying at any time with those concerns.
