Everyone is out for themselves — realtors — buyers — banks. This kinda wheelin’-n-‘dealin’ stuff is what got us into this mess in the first place. If there is a rat hole with cheese on the other side better not stand in front of that hole or you will get mowed over. Is it playing nice-nice? No. It is simply the “I want mine” mentality at work. And I think about 80% of you Piggs fit that description.
