BTW, I KNOW the owner was trying to prevent traffic on that corner of his lawn because you can see water leaking from the sidewalk. It’s obvious they do not consider this a fence, but just to protect the lawn.
I saw it for the parody of the situation.
Again, latter comments prove to me a sense of humor is hard to come by when you live in a world of 0’s and 1’s.
