My wife and I have been watching that area very closely. That is a large house with very unique architecture but the price is too high to get us remotely interested. Also, we aren’t currently looking at anything that is not bank owned.
It seems like a buying frenzy out there. We were interested in a house a block away that seemed very reasonable but it went inactive in about 3 days. When we drove by 1271 there were two banked owned houses a few doors down but nothing is currently showing on the MLS. Not sure if they are pending or not. Either way, I’m thinking this spring isn’t the time for us to be looking. Once more desireable areas start to come down in price it should relieve some buying pressure on 92114.
