so…you would have rathered the state go into bankruptcy? yeah, that makes sense. or would you rather have shut down the California state government, let all the prisoners in our jails go free, fire all teachers/cops/emergency services, just to make sure the big corporations gets a tax cut?
i would suggest you go take a look at the budget: you cannot tax cut your way out of it.
