nostradamus , I would think the fourth group has bought a long time ago. I personally met/knew a few in Temecula valley. Those feel they missed the get-rich-quick train are least informed about the fundamentals. Therefore, they are eager to jump in as soon as the real estate showed the first sign of price decline.
