San Diego median housing price ticks up slightly with increased foreclosure activity in the above $600k tier. But these zips will be only be down %10 by year end as the rate of foreclosures will be far less than it was in the lower tiers.
Most low end/starter home zip codes in SD bottom within 5% of the current price on higher sales volume. Nationwide median drops a non-precipitous 10%.
