It appears that he makes about $40,000/year and is not planning to buy the business of two persons (the owner and him).
Joe does not have a plumbing license so he would have to employ a licensed plumber while he would simply manage the business.
It seems to me like Joe is the dead weight that can be eliminated.
I doubt those two individuals have health insurance.
So let’s see some arguments on why Joe the Plumber would support John McCain.
