If your point is that Biden has a stronger rep and that it keeps people from saying he is either a dunce or senile (which seems to be your implication), then I agree with you.
As far as whether they should muzzle his ass, as a liberal democrat, I also agree it might be a good idea.

Still, that loose canon aspect is why he has been my favorite candidate for some time. While he is a total non-contender as far as pres, he still makes me laugh.
