Actually I do not live on the edge at all. My way of trading is very low in stress level. It is easy to sleep at night when you know that 80% of the trades you make will be wins. This way the 20% losers that come along do not bother me.
My short in the SP500 on thursdays opening was about as lacking in stress as you can have. It was ahead about 20k before I blinked! They are not all that easy, but I do not watch all the wiggles, that is stressful.
To be straight there is stress, but even stay at home moms have stress. I do not believe it is any worse than most other things someone could do. I have traded for over 20 years and have blood pressure of 117/60 so I am doing ok, LOL! Day trading Nintendo type of trading is where the stress gets big.
