nada, zilch, nothing… I’ve even gone so far as to lookup the owners on Google and can’t find a record of them anywhere to ask them the status. looks like no further work has taken place there for quite some time. Surely they will soon default on their loan and eventually it will be foreclosed on (???). How does it work when there is no more house?
Seems to be little incentive for them to keep it after paying nearly a million for the house, then turning it in a an art project… to get it back to a home will cost hundreds of thousands more… and they will be in over $1.5M for it, and even at that point it will only be worth $1M or less.
