I agree Bugs, the every day stuff is the best (and sometimes hard to find).

Surprisingly, Chin’s in Miramar on Sundays has some kind of brunch thing which is excellent IMO. Right near the military base and gas station, close to the 15. My guess is it’s Mandarin but I’m not sure. It’s darn tasty.
