Great catches. As soon as I posted, I realized I forgot the property taxes…but you’re right (SDG&E) and Insurance should be up there..so

Property Tax 1.25%
SDG&E % Gas & Electric
Car Insurance % for both cars

Easy conclusion folks…..no way someone can afford San Diego’s RE prices……so the roller coaster value is still on its way down.
