I am thinking about creating revokable trust and wanted to get some input. Is a lawyer needed? Has anyone had experience with an online facilitator? As I’m not really that old, I don’t want to pay a trustee for many years. Are there any tax implications, as my primary beneficiary is a non-profit organization?
