I posed the same question for a friend who is considering a VA loan.
It looks like he will go with USAA, but not until winter this year. I’ll post the info once he closes and tell me what his rate and fees are.

I’ve heard it said that one should go to a mortgage broker to get ripped off, and to a direct lender for incompetence. Great choice π
