    Please check this property. It is a “Sanctuary” home and is selling for below $1 mio. now, over 30% less than 3 years ago. It looks like a home with numerous upgrades. Am I missing something or is there a good explanation for the huge discount? It does not appear to be a short sale.

    Still way too high. Hold off for a year 2000 price and demand it. That house should be 750K
