    Okay, here’s one that really set me off today:

    Look at the caption to the photo:

    Unemployment has now hit 8.1 percent, the highest figure in a quarter-century. What’s worse, 13.8 percent of these people are under 29.

    Now that’s how to put a spin on things!

    14% of the unemployed are under 30!

    Too bad they leave out the fact that 41% of the population is under 30!

    Not a fair comparision because population figures include children who don’t work?

    Okay, let’s just consider population figures for persons 18 to 65…26% of the working age population is under 30!

    Suddenly, 14% is sounding like they are getting off light!! Spin, spin, spin.

    Stop whining, Gen Y. You’re not mistreated. You’re just out in the real world now.
