I guess it would not be politically correct to suggest that Latinos and Blacks in the cities have something of an acrimonious relationship. But if that is true, then maybe the Latino voters simply don’t want to vote for a Black dude.

I know, there is no racism among anyone other than white males. BUT…if there were racist beliefs held by a large percentage of Latinos, that might explain the voting results.
